NWCA Presents 2020 Rick Belle Official of the Year Award

Manheim, PA – On Friday the National Wrestling Coaches Association announced Nate Chatman as this year’s recipient of the Rick Belle Official of the Year Award. This award is presented annually to the official who exemplifies all the values that made Rick Belle an outstanding human and contributor to the sport of Wrestling. Integrity and a commitment to family, friends, community, and wrestling along; with excellence in officiating are all attributes that made Rick an outstanding American.

Nate is beginning his 23rd season as an NCAA official and has been selected to 1 MAC, 3 EWL and 7 EIWOA Conference Championships, 10 D2 Regional qualifiers and 11 NCAA National Tournaments.

“Nate embodies what the Rick Belle Official of the Year is, he’s a great official, but even a greater person, his work with Law Enforcement, Veterans, and the youth of Blair county PA, is exemplary. Nate is humble, a wonderful husband and father, a mentor to people of all ages in Blair county, and to officials everywhere.” -Tim Shiels, NCAA National Coordinator of Officials

Nate, among other titles, currently serves as the CFO and HR Director at Keystone Investigation & Security Specialists, LLC., who has employed over 190 people, over the course of the past 6 years. These employees and the support from the communities they serve have contributed to the success of Keystone. It is this success that has provided jobs in throughout six counties in Central PA. Keystone currently employs 34 officers and continues to expand operations. He currently resides in Hollidaysburg, PA with his wife and two children, Elijah 11 and Aiyana 4.
