Fontbonne University Seeks Head Wrestling Coach

Fontbonne University, a Catholic coeducational institution, sponsored by the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet, offering both bachelors and masters degrees, seeks qualified individuals for a full-time Head Men’s and Women’s Wrestling Coach. Fontbonne is a member of NCAA Division III and the Saint Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SLIAC).

This is a full-time administrative staff appointment responsible for planning, organizing and managing all phases of the men’s and women’s programs including recruitment and retention of quality student-athletes. Will foster and support the overall growth and maturation of the student-athlete. Manage the men’s and women’s wrestling budget. This position is responsible for design and execution of practice and competition plans, construction of season schedules and supervision of travel to away competitions. The successful candidate must be compliant with all rules, regulations, and policies set forth by the NCAA and Fontbonne University.

Other duties may include game management and other duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, plus two to three years experience coaching men’s and/or women’s wrestling.
